[ABOUT THE PROJECT]

A new digital experience for guests and hotel staff

The project involved implementing an IPTV entertainment and communication platform in a four-star, 200-room hotel. The goal was to modernize the guest experience, replacing the traditional cable system with an integrated digital solution over the existing IP network.

The new platform allows access to high-definition television, on-demand content, hotel information, messaging, and interactive services. Furthermore, its integration with the PMS enables a personalized experience for each guest and facilitates processes such as communication with hotel services or electronic check-out.
